Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?

Appointments are recommended to ensure there is always a dressing room available…however, walk-ins are always welcome and are taken on a first come first serve basis…we will do everything possible to accomodate the schedule.

What specialty dress and attire items, such as a Kimono or Sari, do you provide?

Custom color wedding gowns, as well as temple ready bridal gowns.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?

The designer prefers 4-6 months for delivery, however rush delivery is always available. 6-8 months is recommended for delivery and alterations to be completed.

Do you carry new or once worn gowns?

All our dresses are custom order dresses, however sample dresses are sometimes available for purchase at a discounted price.

How often do you receive new dresses?

Being a store that is on top of the latest fashion trends, we are constantly receiving new dresses on a weekly basis.

Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?

We guarantee that the dress will always be ready for your wedding date provided on your contract.

Do you have a seamstress onsite?

We have two seamstresses on site for pinnings and consultations. Our seamstresses each have over 25 years experience in the bridal industry.

In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?

Accessories, veils, shoes, pettycoats, custom jackets, boleros, belts.
